Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1 - Purpose
These General Conditions of Sale (GCS) define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of participation in events organized by Campus Education.

Article 2 - Final nature of the order
Any order validated by the customer is firm and final. No refunds or cancellations will be accepted, except in cases of force majeure duly justified and accepted by the organizer.

Article 3 - Payment terms
Payment is due in full upon signing the order. In the event of late payment, late payment interest will be charged in accordance with the conditions in force under Moroccan law. A lump sum compensation for recovery costs may be applied in accordance with the legal provisions in force.

Article 4 - Allocation of locations
Pitches are allocated by the organizer based on availability and logistical constraints. No changes to pitches may be required after allocation.

Article 5 - Layout and decoration of stands
The stand layout and decoration are handled exclusively by the organizer. Any specific requests must be made in advance and may result in additional charges.

Article 6 - Liability
The organizer cannot be held responsible for any damage, theft, or loss that may occur at the client's stand. It is the client's responsibility to take out any necessary insurance to cover these risks.

Article 7 - Force majeure
In the event of cancellation of the event due to force majeure, the organizer undertakes to offer an alternative solution, without this giving rise to a refund.

Article 8 - Applicable law and competent jurisdiction
These General Terms and Conditions are subject to Moroccan law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution will be submitted to the competent courts of Casablanca.
